Before REIcon was a stage, it was a small group of people asking the same question over and over: how do I actually do this? We started answering that one conversation at a time — and eventually needed a bigger room to keep up.
It started with one person.
Calvin spent his first 2–3 years in Edmonton real estate working solo — building Calvin Realty deal by deal, before there was a team to lean on. That grind is where our approach to this business came from, and it's still the standard we hold ourselves to today.

We outgrew one-on-one fast.
As Calvin Realty grew, so did the list of investors who wanted access to what we'd learned. One-on-one conversations couldn't keep up with the demand. We needed a bigger stage.
So we built REIcon Signature.
REIcon Signature launched to put Edmonton's real estate investors in the same room as the people actually doing the deals — no theory, no recycled advice, just operators talking to operators. Since 2024, it's grown into one of Edmonton's biggest real estate investing events, and it's still our flagship — the full REIcon experience, at scale.
Some conversations need more room to breathe.
Signature is where REIcon goes big — the full stage, the full crowd, the full energy. But some of the best conversations we've had happened after the mic was off, in the smaller side conversations. So in 2026, we built REIcon Summit Series alongside it: 100 seats, two focused tracks, and a room intimate enough that presenters stay in it the whole time.
