Intimate summit room
The Format

Intimate on purpose.

REIcon isn't scaled. It's shaped. Every design choice — capacity, tracks, seating, catering — bends toward one thing: making the conversations in the room actually count.

Why 100

A room, not a stadium.

One hundred people is the largest room where you can still recognize every face by day two. It's intimate enough that the presenter stays after their session, and big enough that no one style of investor dominates the conversation.

We're not chasing headcount records. There's no live stream, no overflow room, no VIP tier that gets closer than everyone else. If you're in, you're all the way in.

Two parallel summits.
