Brandon Kelly’s journey into real estate investing began with a fascination for fix-and-flip TV shows, sparking a lifelong curiosity about how real estate could be used to build wealth. While his passion for the industry was always in the back of his mind, his career demands delayed his pursuit of real estate until later in life.

At 34, Brandon made the leap into real estate, getting education, quickly acquiring multiple buy-and-hold rental properties and launching a wholesaling business. Since then, he’s been focused on growing his portfolio, learning new strategies like fix-and-flips and BRRRR’s, with the goal of transitioning real estate into his full-time career.

I started looking into real estate investing in 2018, with a girlfriend, purely out of curiosity. After a weekend seminar, I was hooked. I began taking courses with my husband and began trying some of the strategies like Lease Options, BRRRR, Fix and Flip and Multi Unit properties. We were honored to be inducted into Legacy’s Hall of Fame in 2019. Covid really slowed us down, and we didn’t do anything until 2023, where I joined the Trust Your Talent Academy to enhance my education. In 2024 I joined Wealth Genius to learn more about building Multi Unit Properties. My vision is to be a leading force in creating real estate opportunities that shape communities and brighter futures. My mission is to deliver exceptional real estate properties.

Shaune has been with Mortgage Architects for the last 8 years after transitioning from the construction industry and is an award winning Mortgage Broker.

Wedi Lim is a dedicated real estate investor and entrepreneur originally from Indonesia. He arrived in Vancouver, Canada, on August 28, 2021, as an international student, bringing with him a strong merchant family background and a passion for construction and real estate.

Wedi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership and earned a Construction Engineering Certificate with Distinction from NAIT. His real estate journey began in June 2013 when he and his wife (and business partner) purchased a bi-level home featuring a basement suite. Within 10 years, they steadily expanded their portfolio, acquiring nine suited homes totaling 16 doors.

By 2023, having reached the limits of residential borrowing capacity, Wedi sought new pathways to growth. He joined the Trust Your Talent Real Estate Academy, where he successfully doubled his portfolio in under two years. Today, his holdings encompass 35 doors across Edmonton, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Brandon, Manitoba.

Wedi’s innovative investment strategies include rent-to-own, infill development, multifamily acquisitions, creative financing, whole life term insurance, private lending, and stock trading. His efforts have been recognized with Trust Your Talent’s Action Taker and Financial Freedom Awards in 2024 and nominated for 5 more awards in October 2025.
